At the same time of holding The National Public Relations Stars Festival, several workshops were held by the coordination headquarters of the festival. In these training courses, which some topics related to public relations, cyberspace and social networking were delivered, a group of employees of the institute participated that brought them more knowledge. The courses were scheduled for sixteen-hour and at the end of courses participants were granted a certificate.
